Just returned from another wonderful holiday here at Sotiris hotel & it’s even better than it was 2 years ago! You now have access to the villas pool & grounds as well as the studios. The family are still as warm, friendly & as hospitable as ever. The staff are all excellent! We opted for half board this time as when stayed here bed and breakfast before the food was so good we ate in almost every night. The half board menu for dinner has an exceptional a la carte choice of hot or cold starters, mains & the dessert of the day is included free, the portions are very generous and it’s all delicious! There was entertainment a couple of nights with a American singer who had a wide variety of songs to suit everyone & then a Greek duo playing more traditional music & instruments, both were great! All this & only a 5 minute walk to 1 of the best sandy beaches on the island with crystal clear water makes it a favourite of ours!
I stayed in the hotel area & enjoyed a lovely large bedroom with a super bed. However the shower head was broken & water was spraying all over the shower room persistently. This was very problematic. Nonetheless, there was a choice of great swimming pools, a nice bar & the staff were helpful & friendly.
Family-run, well-maintained in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Ideal for chilling out, but great as a base to explore the island as the bus stop to Argostoli is just near Ammes beach. Rooms cleaned daily and staff will do everything to make sure everything is ok. The airport is very close, but this does not pose an issue. Wish I was still there!
Stayed for a wonderful week in August. Big roomy apartment that was lovely and cool. Bed was massive and very comfortable. A nice quiet place with lovely swimming pools and a great bar. Staff we great too.
Sotiris Studios is a great place to stay in Kefalonia, directly near the beach and close to the airport. The apartments are very clean and also the garden of the resort, including the swimming pool is very proper. All the people from the staff are very friendly and the rooms will be cleaned up daily with fresh towels and bed sheets. They serve very good Greek food in the restaurant of Sotiris. You can eat there with breakfast and dinner and I guarantee that you will get good value for your money. The man who works at night at the bar is a very entertaining guy who will definetely make you laugh. The cook of the restaurant is so hospitable that she served us a special dessert and on the day of our departure she came a few hours earlier to her job and she cooked for us a complete meal at 3 pm in the afternoon , because we had our flight in the evening! It was awesome. I would recommend this accomodation to everyone (young people and family's) who is going to Kefalonia.
Beautiful quiet and peaceful place to stay. Food is excellent and owners and staff very friendly. I would recommend it for anyone.
Hotel very nice. Lovely staff, housekeeping leaves a little to be desired but defo would go again
