Worst courier you can find in Greece. Just terrible. No phone support at all. They ask you to wait on the line min of 15 min, because all their reps are busy, and then after 15 min paying and waiting on line, they just hang up the phone EVERY TIME, exactly the same. Then, the worst is that they NEVER deliver and they say that they weren't able to find the address or the person despite that they have delivered many times to the same address. They just fool you in front of your nose, all this happens to me EVERY time i have something for delivery from them. And EVERY time, I have to go there, wait at least 30min and then collect my packet. Just terrible. Not even one star for them.

They lie about not finding you at home, they just say so and message you to go get your stuff from their store. They are not a courier company, they are just a warehouse for pick up.
Waited for 20 minutes in line. Did not get serviced due to the employee's inconvenience to unload the package. Noone will pick up phones causing a waste of time and gas to get there. Would not recommend their services under any circumstances.

The worst courier ever!!! Unacceptable!!! They pretend they can't find you or that you were absent. They don't answer calls at all, so to force you to pick up your package from their branch. That happened several times. I am currently not accepting incoming packages from the so called \ACS\ furthermore.
Our order information was right but they shipped it to the Pylaia branch. They didn't try contacting us even though our package was at their hands for 4 days. Overall worst courier service and their staff is rude even tho they are in the wrong. Plus they lied that they tried to deliver and they didn't find us.
