Anthimos is a consummate professional who has the ability to make one feel at ease immediately. Speaking with him is like speaking to an old friend. He has the ability to make you feel safe and comfortable which allows you to let your guard down and be completely vulnerable and honest with yourself, thereby getting the most out of your session. What impressed me most was that he was not concerned about having me book many sessions but rather, getting me to where I needed to be (mentally and emotionally) as soon as possible. His genuine care for his patients’s wellbeing is truly remarkable. He is very talented and knowledgeable and uses techniques that are very effective. His intuition and and unique style enabled him to recognise what I needed help with and his questions and guidance, led me to the answers myself. It was a true journey of self love and self discovery. I was finally able to stop putting other people’s needs before my own and to put myself first and not feel any guilt. The fact that we are in different countries did not hinder progress because the online sessions felt like we were in the same place and I was in his office. Regardless of the problem or your geographical location, Anthimos can help. I highly recommend giving him a call because you will be happier and your life more enriched.

Anthimos came into my life in the most difficult and unexpected moment: right when my beloved father passed away. I was devastated and needed support throughout my grieving process. Άνθιμος Αρουτζίδης Ένας άνθρωπος που μόνο να σε κοιτάξει στα μάτια έχει την διαύγεια να καταλάβει τι σου συμβαίνει. Δεν χρειάζεται να πεις πολλά. Τον ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς. Κατάφερε να με βοηθήσει να σταματήσω να τα βλέπω όλα μαύρα, να με ηρεμήσει ψυχικά και να μου δώσει να καταλάβω πως δεν είναι το τέλος του κόσμου. Μετά από κάθε συνεδρία έβγαινα όλο και πιο δυνατή, πιο χαρούμενη, μέχρι που πετύχαμε το ακατόρθωτο για εμένα. Εξαιρετικός επιστήμων, σου εμπνέει εμπιστοσύνη, σεβασμό, δεν σε χαϊδεύει.
