The worse car rental i saw in my life , i booked the car online and paid online after that i contact them before 2 hours of the pickup time and they confirm the reservation and they confirm the amount of the cash deposit , and then suddenly they sent me a message that they cancelled the reservation for no reason and when i asked them politely on whats aap they blocked me with out any explanation ,, after that i went to the office to check what exactly happened , the worker informed me that the can is not available so i asked for another car and he said i can rent you only with a credit card and that they cannot accept a cash deposit as a guarantee or any other methods ,,,,,,,,,, really unprofessional Way with an ultimate disrespect to deal with customer .
Good service and reasonable prices (not expensive); only complaint: the car that I got was not as powerful as promised, and was a bit old (I asked for a medium, family car that is stable and not too weak, I was offered an OPEL ASTRA that was promised to deliver 110 HP, but when I drove it it only felt like 80 HP or so --VERY slow when overtaking other cars-- and had 70,000 km).

Very Nice people, fantastic suport
Inadequate services, bad, unproffesional manners. Never gave us back the wine bottles we forgot in the car nor did they make any effort to find them, although we asked for them just the day after we returned the car and they claimed that the car had not been rented again. I do not recommend them!
