They sold us a 15Kg Bavaro Josera adult food with no expiration date anywhere on the bag. My wife contacted them but they didnt even want to talk to her so I called to ask for explanations and they responded saying they will refund us the money. Meanwhile my dog was vomiting every time he was eating of this batch of food, so I asked them to investigate why there was no expiration date on the bag and they told us to write a letter to the manufacturer, clearly not assuming responsibility. I would stay away

Ο σύζυγός μου, αγόρασε ένα παπαγαλακι κοκατιλ από το εν λόγω pet shop. Ήταν ήδη άρρωστο όπως μου επιβεβαίωσαν 1 πτηνιατρος και 1 κτηνίατρος καθώς μέσα σε 2 μέρες πέθανε. Η αγορά έγινε παρουσίασα κτηνιάτρου του pet shop, η οποία δεν είχε την στοιχειώδη κατάρτιση να προτείνει την αγορά 2 βασικών φαρμάκων που βοηθούν τα εν λόγω πουλάκια σε περίπτωση που εμφανίζουν προβλήματα, λειτουργώντας ως παυσίπονα. Παιχνίδια και τροφές για εμπορικούς λόγους βεβαίως ήξεραν καλά να προτείνουν. Το αποτελεσμα ήταν το βράδυ των Χριστουγέννων αντί να γελάμε, να προσπαθούμε να βρούμε πτηνιατρο ματαια. Θα ήθελα να προτρέψω τους αναγνώστες να σταματήσουν να αγοράζουν από τέτοιου είδους καταστήματα τα οποία δεν προσφέρουν τις ιδανικές συνθήκες για τα ζωάκια, τα οποία εμπορευματοποιουνται πολύ απλά. Υπάρχουν εκτροφείς ως εναλλακτικες πηγές που ξέρουν καλά την δουλειά τους.
