I have rarely experienced such a bad level of service. Let's run: -booking on a price comparison website -30 minutes late driver at the airport -impossible to pay the deposit because the credit card is a debit card and not credit (for information and after verification it is a credit card, gold and company) -to try to sell us an '' extra insurance '' not to take deposit: 140 150 so-called reserve 290 booking the car. No thanks you -asked us to call a cab to return to the airport -finally accepted but we had to announce in the middle of the trip having to drop us on the roadside and not go further Now it's up to you
Too bad we can not put the note of 0. Flee! 15:50: arrival of the plane, we seek in the hall the person supposed to recover us, but there is nobody. We are waiting. 16h: still nobody, we worry and therefore decide to call the number indicated, the person who picks up tells us that the person in charge of our recovery \arrives\. In total, 30 minutes late, but that's not all. We arrive at the depot of the agency, where the vehicles are. We are with a couple and another person, three vehicles in total (although we are not together). Beyond the total lack of friendliness of the employees of GreenMotion, we suffered a huge scam. Indeed, the person who receives us asks us our information as well as the voucher, what we give. She also asks us for a bank card to make the impression to obtain the vehicle. We give him our bank card, but it is obviously not in agreement with what is needed (which is absolutely not mentioned in the legal conditions). After checking with our bank, our credit cards are well disposed to receive bank imprints for insurance, or deposits. Then there are negotiations, but nothing to do. The person does not want to provide us the keys of the vehicle, and wants us to pay 150 150 in addition to what has already been debited from the bank account. Out of the question, since this is a total scam and there is no guarantee. So, we did not have the vehicle during our stay, however the 81.59 were well debited.
Rented from the Green Motion site near the airport (doesn't come up on the Google listing). Very \hit and miss\car hire - they seem to have some decent cars but I got a 10 year old Punta which couldn't handle hills and the radio didn't work. Allow lots of time for the very laborious (manual paperwork) pick-up and return. International driving permit essential. Moral: When visiting Greece pay more for Hertz, Avis etc.

ΜΗΝ ΕΝΟΙΚΙΑΖΕΤΕ ΑΥΤΟΚΊΝΗΤΟ ΑΠΟ ΑΥΤΗΝ ΤΗΝ ΚΩΛΟΕΤΑΙΡΙΑ Η χειρότερη εταιρία μακράν έκανα κράτηση αυτοκινήτου κανείς κράτηση με χρεωστική δεν υπάρχει ενημέρωση για πιστωτική όταν φτάνεις να πάρεις το αυτοκίνητο σε υποχρεώνουν να πληρώνεις 150 ευρώ ασφάλεια και 150 παρακράτηση συν ότι άργησε το αεροπλάνο και πλήρωσα 25 επειδή έκλεισε το γραφείο και τελικά αν δεν θες να πάρεις το αυτοκίνητο τα λεφτά που έχεις πληρώσει δεν στα επιστρέφουν. Να κλείσει εύχομαι και ελπίζω να βρέξει πέτρες στα αμάξια που έχουν και να καούν όλα τα γραφεία που κοροϊδεύουν τον κόσμο.
300euros de frais parce que j'avais une carte de débit et non une carte de crédit. Malheureusement pour les français qui ont à 90%une carte à débit immédiat. Renseignez-vous avant de réserver. Sinon Golden Rent, pas besoin de carte de crédit. Juste 150 de caution en cash restituer en fin de location.
Never ever green motion, i have rent many many cars, but this company is the baddest i've seen. Nie wieder green motion. Mit Abstand die schlechteste Autovermietung, die ich je gesehen habe.
