Target clients are micro and small businesses, including social enterprises and individuals who want to start a business. Services provided by the SBDS include, but are not limited to, assistance to small businesses in solving problems concerning operations, manufacturing, engineering, technology, personnel administration, marketing, sales, merchandising, finance, accounting, business strategy and any other discipline required for small business growth and expansion, innovation, increased productivity, management improvement, and for decreasing industry economic concentrations.
