Similar to another review here, we own a t-shirt printing business. Once something goes wrong (which happens often), PolyPrint seems incapable of identifying the problem. Their solution is to keep buying more parts in the hope that something will fix it. For weeks we haven't been able to print and PolyPrint just expects us to keep buying parts. I would not recommend them based on their incompetency to provide after sales support.

We have a printing company and really struggling with our Texjet Shortee. Been more downtime in the last 6 months than anything else. Lost a load of clients. Won’t recommend.
