Sixt is well located. You get out of the plane and 5 min later you're there. The staff was pretty nice. It was good. We rate only 4 stars out of 5 because the lady at SIXT airport was not really pleasant and we didn't understand much of what she was saying. She seemed like she had enough of being there. So we were a little bit afraid of asking questions or just ask information because it was our first time ever renting a car. So, I'm sorry if we arrived late (our plane arrived at 8PM. The booking was starting at 8:30 so she knew we were arriving at this time), but it's your job. So if you're not happy about that, please go, we're sure a lot would like to have this job.

We have rented there several times and everything was ok, except last time. We specifically asked for a diesel car, as we always do, and got told we need to pay extra. So far, so good. Extras cost additional. Later at the parking lot we got a gasoline car and asked for the Diesel. The staff from the parking lot called with the office in the airport and they said we didn't want diesel, we got a higher category. Later we where also informed that they don't have any diesel car in this category. Also this was not a language problem since my girlfriend is a local. Apart from this, the staff was friendly and fast.

No access to sixt card profiles, cars are not walking distance but shuttle, time consuming and not the usual value. Not recommended
