I joined the studio exercising pilates due to some back problems that I was facing lately. I could tell that the sessions were really relieving and helped me a lot. I had courses with three different instructors (Αγγελική, Ειρήνη & Θώμη) all of whom were really friendly and polite; neat and professional. The premises are good looking and up to date as well. Searching on-line and asking other people the prices are pretty much the same with any other studio like this. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is keen on exercising activities such as pilates or yoga. We are talking about motivated people who love their job and manage a place that offers nothing but positive vibes and joy!!!

Plain Rude and Disrespectful Don’t let yourself be fooled by this studio’s name which conjures images of inner balance and peace. The woman who sits at reception is rude and everything but welcoming. They give unreliable information over the phone, combined with an inflexible attitude and an extremely poor customer service. I turned up for the yoga session, only to be sent home with a: I’m sorry, I can’t do anything about it. It would have been so easy to avoid this unpleasant situation, by: 1)\tsharing the information needed to attend the class, 2)\thave a positive oriented mind and find a solution to the problem you caused!! Is it really necessary to be so rude?? Obviously this person has very poor communication skills.
Ένα απ' τα καλύτερα studio yoga - pilates της πόλης! Οι κοπέλες κάνουν καταπληκτική δουλειά γιατί έχουν εξαιρετική γνώση του αντικειμένου και το μεταδίδουν σωστά! Γιατί σε πολλά μέρη θα δεις να αναγράφεται η λέξη Yoga στο πρόγραμμα, αλλά αυτό δεν σημαίνει οτι θα διδαχθείς αληθινή Yoga. Εδώ μαθαίνεις, διορθώνεσαι και εξελίσσεσαι! Μόνο μπράβο!!
