Very good tourist office
If you want to take a quick get away with a tour in any part of Europe it's a great choice but I would rather book the room my self in order for it to be cheaper
Service under every review. Very poor communication. If you are late for the bus you are humiliated in front of everyone. Bus without air conditioner included. Old-fashioned without air conditioner. The instructor thinks she is talking to the locals as if we do not know the conditioner. I would not recommend anyone to go back with a non-professional company. Not polite. With outdated vehicles. Guides with oversized English
Very well organised tours especially within Greece at a small cost. Equally European tours are relatively low cost compared to what they offer. I have used the this agency numerous times. I believe that 98% of the tour guides are polite and helpful.
I was on trips with zorpidis e vew times, and i was very pleased. But this year it is not working. All the times i pick a trip, they don't go. Not Enough traveler. It's a pity.
The worst. I paid an extra 20 for the bus to take me from Thessaloniki to Katerini, a 40 minute drive and I waited 5,5 hours total for the bus to start. None of the managers was available at the time to speak with. Plus a baggage from a passenger was stolen from the bus while we were waiting under their office. ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΙ.
I send them a message on Facebook but they never answer !! Then I was in aristotelous square waiting the bus to start for meteora for 25 minutes without to tell us nothing !!! The air condition was broken and all the time the bus it was like we were in Alaska !!for sure not professional!!
