Great location !!! Less crowds in here but only a minute far from the views and Center. Friendly personnel that caters to families with children. Safe area with direct access in town and best views of the cliff just outside the door. We had a wonderful Greek breakfast presentation every morning, enjoyed lunch by the newly renovated pool beds and had always friendly staff around us. Dinner was a feast to Greek gastronomy. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and the views while full moon. Looking forward to our return again soon

This hotel is the base for our Adamson family holiday... and it’s perfect. Upon our arrival we were welcomed with a drink, and ready made table for an evening meal. The food was amazing, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. Two days in and we still can’t find a fault. The rooms are spacious, with a great cleaning service during the day. The hotel is situated just off a main strip, which is the best of both worlds. Shops, bars and restaurants within a few minute walk, with not of the Hussle and noise.
What an amazing hotel in Santorini! We stayed at the Aressana and couldn’t have been happier. The staff was excellent and made sure we had anything and everything we could ask for. They made us feel like Family! The food was absolutely out of this world. From the eclectic breakfast that changes daily, to the refreshing lunch that takes Greek cuisine and turns it on its head in the best most creative way, to finally the elegant dinner that ignites all your senses so unexpectedly and this is all done in the most unpretentious way. Our room was beautiful and we were able to book one of the suites that had direct access to a pool, even though we also enjoyed relaxing at the main pool on sun beds and access to cocktails!!! On our last day we enjoyed massages at the Spa where again, the staff was great and the products they used were amazing. Can’t wait to go back to Santorini. We will definitely re-book with the Aressana!
We had 5 amazing nights at Aressana! Location is perfect (literally 30sec from the caldeira and 2 min from the bus station), staff is extremely attentive, smiling and always helpful. The swimming pool and whole common area is quiet, clean, well decorated. Room was nice, always well cleaned. Breakfast is amazing! Very varied and every day différent.
The hotel is very nice and well located, near the busy street of the city. The breakfast is amazing, with many different Greek dishes and changes everyday. But the main highlight is the friendliness of the staff. Our stay started a bit off with some issues with the shuttle from the airport (which is not the best way to start your holidays), but it very rapidly became a distant memory, all thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the people working there. Great hotel, would recommend
What an incredible experience we had here! I must say, after many years of traveling, I have never experienced such great service like what we had here at Aressana! The rooms, atmosphere and food here was an absolute delight. They went out of their way to help us with absolutely everything. We even adopted puppies while we were in Greece and they went out of their way to make sure we had proper accommodations for them! What a blessing. Love this place and will definitely stay here again!!
Wonderful place to stay. Staff are friendly and attentive who were more then happy to answer any and all questions, and nothing was too difficult. With lovely rooms and a sensational pool, and the fact that it is in a perfect location, it was the perfect way to spend my time in Santorini. The restaurant is on a whole other level with superlative food and service, it is an experience that you will refuse to have only once.
