We rented a 300cc ATV from this location - The staff seemed ok, but the ATV was of very low quality. The gaskets clearly needed to be replaced as oil was leaking down the side of the motor. The epoxy to hold the grips on the handle bars had completely deteriorated which caused the grips to spin around. It's clear they do not spend much time servicing their vehicles, and they knowingly rent them out like this. Not the worst place if you just want to get one for the day, but with so many rental companies all over the island, you would fare better finding another one.
This review for Vazeos Car Rental: Was given car with very little gas. Low fuel light on with few miles driven. Gas gauge hard to read. Almost ran out of gas. Filled up for 77 euros assuming had to be returned full. NO. To be returned same amount when picked up which was almost empty. I have rented probably over 100 cars in my life. Never before have I picked up a car without it having a full tank of gas. Although the contract was checked 1/4 full and I overlooked this I felt Vazeos should have credited me for at least some of the gas. They said NO and that I was wrong and seemed to want to argue with me at length in order to escape any responsibility for not telling me verbally to return the car with same amount of fuel which was nearly empty. Will contest changes with my bank. Totally unfair and went to great lengths to say the customer was wrong. Obviously they don’t care about the credibility of their company.
Car was given without gas and then broke down. No mention of reimbursement, no apology. Ridiculous.
I had a great experience here. I wanted a private driver. I walked over and for over 4 hours it was 35 euro an hour. I asked what car it was and they said nice Bmw. Went back 15 mins later and nice Bmw showed up (very clean) with the friendliest driver. Drove us around for 6 hours and waited for us wherever we went. We got great explanations and tour as we drove around santorini. To rent a smart car is about 65 euro per day. We saw how hard it is to drive on this island and to find exactly where to go and park. Plus it’s hard to do wine tours if you rent. Sure it’s a premium to have a private driver, but totally worth it imo. Edit: I came back to rent a car. They said wait 25 minutes for car. 1 hour plus it came. I pod 50 euro for the suckiest car (Nissan micra) that must have existed on this island.
Emailed them and filled up all the reservation forms to book a car and didn't get ANY reply. If you are looking for a reliable car rental especially from airport please book with Avis or Hertz.

Reserved a car and when we arrived to pick it up we were told it would arrive in 30 minutes. 2 hours later they told us they weren’t sure when it would arrive. Do not use Vazeos if you actually want to rent a car on time. Relatively nice staff but they are completely unorganized.
