I would give this wonderful spa 10 stars if I could. I was picked up from my hotel today and have just spent the last 2 hours being totally pampered. For the 70 euro package it's an absolute bargain. Everyone there are so kind and polite they are so professional.The scrub and bubble massage was such a pleasant experience, the oil massage and facial are a must, I went as a solo client and ladies, solo, single with friends or partners. You will feel wonderful after this. So glad I went a wonderful end to my holiday. Everything clean and covid safe. Thank you Artemis Hamam and all your wonderful staff.

The spa looks nice and I guess the hamam is good. However, I booked a facial treatment and was quite disappointed. In the description it sounded very nice and and to a large part like a massage. A face mask was not mentioned. Unfortunately a face mask was applied and a it was left on for 15 minutes, which is more than a quarter of the 40 minute treatment. The very short massage that followed was good, but I still think the treatment wasn’t worth the money. It’s quite expensive if and the value for money doesn’t seem right. The mask should be mentioned in the description. I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known this before.
Wonderful. Affordable and high quality luxury. My partner and I treated ourselves to the VIP treatment (over 2 hours of fabulous experiences.) The staff was extremely accommodating and professional. Especially with all my inquires about COVID policies. The staff responded very quickly to my emails answering all my questions. The hamam space is gorgeous with white marble and never-ending hot water. Inside we enjoyed a body scrub and soap massage. After, we had massages and facial treatments. Honestly, I did not have high expectations of quality of massages as the price is so affordable, so it was an even better surprise to find my masseuses clearly were experienced, talented and skillful (I'm saying this as a family member of very highly trained masseuse.) Seriously, do yourself and family members a favor and book this special experience!
Fountain show at night is amazing. On every night around 9. Plays fantastic music new and old. Would recommend going for a drink and to watch the fountain
Very pleasant experience. We booked a hotel pickup, which is cheaper than a taxi and worked perfectly. Staff is also very nice and friendly.
