100% worth checking out this family run winery in Galatas. Just 10min from town and you get a very authentic and personal experience rivaling anything in Italy or Napa. Great wine and incredible prices and the knowledge that Nectarios and his wife Yiota have for their wines is incredible. We even got to taste some new experimental wines to go with our charcuterie plate. Highly recommend and can’t say enough good things about this place. *pro tip- if you call ahead at least one day, they can prepare an incredible meal. You can even get a band!

Unique experience at a family-run winery. The husband and wife duo give tours and tastings in their wine cellar. All of the wine was amazing, including organic and natural varieties. If you call a day ahead they will also cook you dinner with local ingredients (some from their farm)! Highly recommend!
Highly recommended wine tour, excellent organized by Nektarios and Giota. Wine tasting was beyond imagination and the food was properly selected. Can't wait to go back again
Nektarios and Giota are a young couple with a family tradition of wine making but their own vision and ideas for this small vineyard which they shared with us in a fantastic evening of tasting, talk and wonderful traditional food matched to the wines and cooked by Giota for 40 per person, worth every cent. A great experience and the wines, despite Nektarios' modesty about they've not been doing it long and are still experimenting, are interesting, complex, very drinkable and extremely good value at 12-15 per bottle. We were just sad we were flying home as if we'd been driving we'd have bought a couple of cases not a couple of bottles! Nektarios speaks and writes very good English but you may have to be flexible on days and times as they have to fit things in around running the vineyard and doing all the work - they were in the middle of harvesting when we went.

Η ξενάγηση με τον Νεκτάριο ήταν εξαιρετική και τα κρασιά πολύ γευστικά. Το αγαπημένο μου ήταν η φεγγαροπετρα. Μπράβο.
