One of the highlights of our trip to Crete was this cooking class! Hands on experience while cooking some of the best Cretan food You can find. The setting is amazing, the class is held inside of an old open air olive oil mill. From the moment you walk in to the mill you are captivated by your surroundings and then you are taken away with the amazing food that you prepare and eat rich with local flavors!
The cooking lesson was great. It was the best dinner we had during our trip in Crete. Mrs Koula is a super cook and very kind. Thanks for that great experience!

Fabulous traditional.Crete cookery course from Mrs Koula at the Vamos centre. You'll learn the secret of how to make filo pastry (hint: a special long and thin rolling pin!) Skills you'll keep for a lifetime so well woryh the money. Mrs Koula will also travel to your villa if the centre is closed in winter.
A wonderful afternoon and evening with Mrs Koula, a highly skilled and very welcoming cookery teacher who gave us all a chance to try new making Delicious Cretan dishes as well as teaching us about Cretan cuisine and herbs. A brilliant activity - a must do if you are in the Chania area.
