On 2008 registered with the General Secretariat of Civil Protection and is an active member of the Network of Volunteer Team of Ymittos Mount and of the Network of Civil Protection Volunteer Team. The members of the team are constantly trained in matter of civil protection such as earthquakes, floods, first aid, emergency camp management, fire fighting, forest firefighting, etc. The team activities are not only limited to the civil protection & public safety but supports other causes as well as, targeted to support the community at large.
