My children order from Amazon to send me as a gift for Christmas but due to a reason that I was not able to answer a call from Courier Center i need to trace my parcel calling Clever Point who told me it is not w/ them it is in Courier Center & I need to wait 5 days but shockingly I received a notice from my children that my parcel will be send back it's just the third day.Luckily I contacted Aramex & spoke to Maria Pablo who helped me to arrange the re delivery of my parcel.I only found good service in here among others mention above.Many thanks to ARAMEX I will have my parcel very soon. Thank you very much Maria Pablo for your excellent service.HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL.

I've never ordered from Amazon before, but I thought it would be better to pay some extra money for courier to have my items earlier. Silly me I didn't google the courier company's name. You guessed it right. It was Aramex. I placed my order on November 12 and I was supposed receive my items on December 1-3. Three days later the package reached Aramex sorting facilities. On December 4 I contacted Amazon and they refunded my shipment money, however they told me that by December 11 I'll have my items. I contacted Aramex in Greece and they told me they have no idea where my order was. Only after I insisted they searched more and told me it was still in US. Today, December 9, after 24 days, my package is still at the same place, at Aramex sorting facilities in US and there is no way it will be delivered to me in Greece in 2 days as the 2nd date Amazon promised me. I think it's a shame that Amazon collaborates with the worst courier companies in the world. I won't buy from Amazon again if I need to receive something fast since the only available courier is Aramex. Never, ever use Aramex, you'll regret it.
Still waiting for my parcel. Tried to check the status now and it is checked as DELIVERED last Wednesday. I work for a big company where the entrance is closed. All couriers have to call somebody to go out with an ID to get a parcel. These clowns said they have delivered the parcel to me!!! I was not even here at teh office during last week. And what are they doing it to solve it? They said they will send just an email to central delivery and if they forget to call me for news , I have to call again!!!UNBELIEVABLE!
I wonder how this circus called \company\ still survives.I use to buy from amazon US a lot and i NEVER missed 1 order when i had DHL or UPS as carriers.Now these clowns are supposed to deliver my order and guess what.3 out of 3 orders are lost/stolen.Their tracking numbers only works for 1-2 days and then it NEVER UPDATES AGAIN.Thank god amazon refunds every order.STAY AWAY, JOKE OF A COMPANY.
Very bad experience! -Long DELAY delivery of my parcel. - costumer service is very RUDE!! And unhelpful! - they OVERCHARGE for shipments. - NOT explained fees and additional payments. -At last the whole procedure they follow is too COMPLICATED.
Worst courier in existence. I ordered over a month ago from Asos, which has no problems, but when the package got to Aramex, everything started to go wrong. First, they requested a change of address as they couldn't find the place. Fair enough, until you realise there is no straight forward way to edit it at all. The only time I could was when they contacted me with customer service phone numbers 3 weeks later (which for some reason aren't on their main website.) I called the next day and gave them the address again. Secondly, when they arrived to the area I am in they called and said it would be available in 3 days, and they would call us when it would arrive. 4 days passed with no update and no call. Then, when we called them again they explain there was an issue with the package and they'll call back to update on what the problem was. They call back 3 hours later to explain that they didn't write the phone number or address down we gave them. So, we gave them again. They then explained that the package will be ready to collect the next day at a town an hour's drive away. Lastly, they call us back again 30 minutes later to explain the package was sent back to the place it was ordered from!! A whole month of playing around with these useless people for nothing. Don't use this service. Ever.
