There are no staff looking after the fish spa and we were left sitting there for an hour. the staff are disinterested ( running the coffee shop next door) and it's not a 'spa' experience: they weren't kind to my daughter who wanted her toenails painted. I wouldn't bother to go there, they need some proper beauty staff to take care of customers and improve the experience.
