Nice lady on the phone, took the time to help me. I felt i should share this with others.
This company is a joke. Every time they have to deliver a package they claim that my name is not on the doorbell which of course is a lie as the name is written in huge bold letters. This has happened a dozen of times and only with this courier company. Either theyhire blind people aor i dont know what to say.

Not professional at all. Completely unacceptable the way they treat people over the phone, rude and condescending. Thought that maybe for the fact I did not speak Greek but apparently I am not the only one complaining, how is it possible for a company like this to have such a bad service and a lack of professionalism? Avoid this person
Hate when we are to receive package as always something will go wrong and won't be delivered.Calling on the phone is a waste of time as they do not answear and you along with many other upset people are stuck waiting in long line for service.There is something fundamentally wrong in the operation and or staff.
Tried to call them few times never answers to the phone, in addition they lie and won't give explanation or even show sorrow, they blame the pearson who sent you and I double checked and I see they lie
To match delay on delivery of the orders...due to short of personnel at their offices! Their home delivery is not on time...as they said 8-12 delivery...so someone has to spend all day for delivery of a small parcel etc.
