I’m looking for something good to say about this company but unfortunately I can’t find not even one positive thing to comment! Horrible, minimum wait on the phone 20’ and then the line gets cut. Employees are rude, unwilling to help I was supposed to receive a text message the day they will deliver my package and of course the message never came. In the meantime they passed and just left a note at my building entrance. I received 2 hours later that the delivery was unsuccessful! If I have to rate them from 1 to 10 I will give them -10!

I would give them zero if I could. You have one job! Apparently I have been absent 3 times from my house when I work from home and have been waiting for this delivery! Totally useless and it reflects badly on the eshops using ACS to send the items. No reply on the telephone.
We had this urgent parcel to send from Athens to Chania, we were going to use ordinary post, then realized that a company such this could be better...I'm in Chania today, the parcel is in my hands since the morning and they've answered a few hours ago my email with the query about cost and arrival for it...SAD

Worst service I have ever experienced. After communicating with a lady there at ACS syntagma and telling her that I needed to send to Santorini, super fast, some tickets that my guests had forgotten in one of my apartments, the lady assured me that they were going to deliver them the following day but I had to be there before 3 PM. The cleaning lady of my apartment took the tickets and headed there as fast as possible! Although she was there at 14PM the tickets never made it to their destination the following day and the guests went to ACS in Santorini to try and locate them. They told them that there was a problem and the envelope hadnt arrive and they in their turn assured them that by the following day at 0900 they would have them so they could come and pick them up before heading to the port to take the ferry. The following day (already one day delayed) they went there and the guy or gal who was there couldn't track the envelope!!!! That had as a result that my guests had to issue new tickets paying extra 270 euros just because of ACS's incompetence . AVOID AT ALL COST. IF YOU CANT DELIVER - DONT SAY YOU CAN.
