Very knowledgeable and passionate engineers with decades of experience are there to help and offer the very best service always with a smile. Recently, I needed a very specific turntable repair and they managed to get it fixed for me even when it seemed by others it wouldn't be possible. Very professional, very patient and honest. Το service είναι για κλάματα! Πλήρωσα για αλλαγή volume control με καινούργιο σε προενισχυτή, και αντ' αυτού καθάρισαν το παλιό με αποτέλεσμα σε ένα χρόνο να έχω τα ίδια ακριβώς προβλήματα. Μου ζήτησαν να τον ξαναπάω να τον δουν. Καλύτερα να τον πετάξω.
