Verry fast
They unscrewed my fender without asking me because they wanted to see the chassis number and when I asked why they are dismantling my car they said it might be stolen and they wanted to check it. It was my second time I went to this kteo and it is also the last. My hood wasn't latching because the mechanism was dirty and a little stuck due to age so the solution was to drop the hood so hard 4 times that I heard it at the cashier. I was watching all the happenings from the window while paying and doing paperwork. No respect to the customer's car because it was old! My car passed the inspection after they vandalised my fender and hood.
Punctual, Friendly, Cozy. The biannual car check could not be easier.
