It's a excellent budget hotel, very clean and friendly service, and the location is perfect a few minutes from the ferries and a short walking distance to the Zea marina.

Bed room was good, clean and spacious with comfortable newish looking mattress with good sheets etc. The furniture is a bit dated but fine. Fridge, coffee, no tea or milk. Great location for the port and catching ferry to Spetses. However, the bathroom to this particular room 404 (no view) has a significant issue with mould in various places, So much so that it stinks. Seems to have no ventilation! Reported it politely to the duty manager and he seemed a bit embarrassed. So hopefully it will be fixed?.

Great location to catch your ferry to the greek islands. Rooms are small, but in the middle of the night you can smell the cigarettes it can even wake you up. Very nice stuff working and they have all the info you need.

Close to the port, but a lot of noise from the traffic.

Super friendly staff. She recommended where to go for lunch and places to pick up the ferry tickets. Room is clean, since we were just staying a night there to take the ferry on the next day, a quiet place for us to have a good rest after a long hr flight.

Conveniently located right next to the Piraeus Port. It's a minimalistic place, great for a quick crash if you just need to catch an early vessel the next day. Don't expect any luxury based on the price you pay for this place. Staff was very friendly. We arrived late but the receptionist was still very helpful. We got a room that had a bright light outside, and the curtains don't really block it that well so it was a bit hard to sleep. Overall it's not a bad place for what we paid for.
