Service is good but getting a response when calling them is incredibly difficult. I've visited the centre more than five times. Waiting times, hygiene and the exam were all great. But whenever I need to call them the line either drops or they don't pick up.

I had an appointment and there was a delay at least 30mins to accept me. Furthermore I requested for the results at my email but apparently they send only from one test. I was trying to reach them on the call for 2 hours and it was impossible when I managed to find them the girl in the phone reassured me that she send the email 5mins ago. 5 hours ago and still no email with the response. The only good thing I have to mention is the kindnes of the woman who is responsible for the blood test. If it is not paid the exams from your insurance try another one.

Very disappointing service- avoid! I had have a blood test and asked the results to be send to me over by email after filling in a form. Four months have passed by and still they have not sent the blood test results. I have sent 10 emails and called 3 times already. This is despicable especially because it is a private company and it is medical related - if cancer has spread will they be paying the bill? What sort of responsibility would they take then?

Kind and knowledgeable healthcare workers, clean and tidy place but call center / customer service is really lousy. I had to call 10 times within a day for a call center operator to answer and then she put me on hold forever so I had to call again! Totally unacceptable

Did some tests with them. The results were not on time. Tried calling them - no reply. A few times they picked up the phone and hang up on me. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.
