I have just had the pleasure of a visit from your representative, George, who in a very friendly and cooperative manner tested my hearing, programmed some excellent hearing aids for me, and after a short trial discussed your offer. I would like to compliment him, and you the company, on your professionalism, technical application, and social interaction. That George’s English is only fractionally better than my Greek did not prove a major obstacle!
On the occasion of my visit to your Thessaloniki office due to a problem with one of my hearing aids, I would like to congratulate the personnel for being attentive, polite and efficient.
