Amazing traditional tavern since 1948, exciting quick stop on your way to Meteora! You can get local honey, herbs and other stuff, the owner is the most kind and helpful person, he will offer you directions, recommendations and friendly advice on how you can spend your day in Kalabaka.

Awesome experience - you definitely should come here! We stopped for lunch and the food was delicious and handmade. Price was cheap. The waiter was extremely kind and even gave us some nice advice about Meteora and places to visit in Greece.

Guys there are really helpful, and willing to share stories not just about the area but for whole Greece. You should try a tsipouro with out anise with some home made meze.
