Unfortunately my experience was negative: my boyfriend and I booked one of the activities online, we paid and nobody shows up on the day of the appointment (15/08/2019). Following a phone call and messages, they confirmed the possibility of giving us the money back. we are still waiting and no one answers to our messages anymore.
