Great space to find all sort of nice cosmetic products. However, first all, it's hard to find your way around without help. Then, the big, big minus: prices are much more expensive than the ones shown on their website. I ask why; staff pretend I was lying! P.S.: Thanks for your reply. However, I still think this is dishonest. Go to the biggest super pharmacy apothecary in Paris, located in the V and VI or in Covent Garden in London. When there is a special price discount, it’s the same in store!!! I’ve never heard such ridiculous explanation. And your staff rather chat between them than cash in A customer.

Worst service ever, there are a lot of pharmacies who are better in Chania
On my transit to Paleochora I visited this Pharmacy. I bought quite a lot of the famous Korres products for my friends in the Netherlands. The service was very friendly and appropriate and there was a wide selection of products. After I had done my purchases, the shopassistant, or storeowner, offered me as a thank you, to have my hair washed and dried in the beautyparlour upstairs. After 20 minutes I walked outside again with beautifully styled hair. A very nice gesture and I will certainly come back after a long flight for a boost. Recommended!

Εξυπηρέτηση, ευγένεια, συνέπεια, ένα φαρμακείο υπόδειγμα.
Ευγένεια- Εξυπηρετικότητα- καλές τιμές- προσεγμένη συσκευασία - άμεση αποστολή και το σημαντικότερο , ότι εκτιμουν την προτίμηση που δείχνεις σαν καταναλωτής στο κατάστημά τους, κάνοντάς σε, να θες να παραγγείλεις ξανά απο το ίδιο.

Πηγα με πολυ ευγενικο τροπο να ρωτησω τι γινετε με τις συσκευες εισπνοης φαρμακων κρατοντας στα χερια μου τη παραπομπη χορηγησης απ την παιδιατρο μας....Η κυρια πισω απ το παγκο οταν της το εδωσα μου το πεταξε με μεγαλη αγανακτηση πισω λεγοντας"οχι οχι...δεν δεν...οχι δε τα δινουμε εμεις αυτα" και εσκιψε να συνεχισει τη δουλεια της!!! .Σημ...ειχα και το μωρακι μου μαζι....Τοτε την ρωτω, ναι αλλα τα πουλατε ομως....μπορω να εχω μια τιμη;;;και με ειρωνικο γλυκαναλατο υφος μου απαντησε. Απαραδεκτη συμπεριφορα!Ουτε καν το 1 αστερι δεν αξιζει. Δεν κανει η βιτρινα το καλο φαρμακειο αλλα ο επαγγελματιας φαρμακοποιος!
