Stop in the Sifnos Castle Archeological Museum and learn about 3,300 years of history that have prompted your hike. There are a lot of interesting artifacts here, and much of this village’s lifestyle hasn’t changed for centuries. In many ways, the entire little village is a living museum. Also, maybe one of very few left on the planet.

Not many exhibits... yet. The extremely kind clerk made us a quick tour and explained us most of the history and the practical problems of the area. Hopefully a new museum would contain a much more coherent and relevant to the area exhibition.
Πρόκειται για ένα μουσείο που συνήθως πετύχαινα κλειστό. Φέτος τα κατάφερα. Μικρό αλλά αξίζει να το επισκεφτείς!
L'entrée est un peu chère par rapport à la collection, mais c'est un argent bien dépensé. L'endroit est très agréable pour découvrir les différentes pièces, une partie provient de tombeaux, l'autre de pièces de monnaie et poteries. Plus élégantes que celles vendues aujourd'hui dans les boutiques d'Appolonia !
