Booked 2 rooms for a group of 4 people: the jacuzzi suite & an suite with 2 balconies. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful . The terrace for the jacuzzi suite was amazing - great views over the town and out to sea. The jacuzzi was great too although the water was cold when we arrived and needed heating.

Great place to stay. Really good location near plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff are the best thing about this place. just the nicest and most welcoming people.
Good room and good service but there’s no free parking really. You need to find a place on a street nearby to park which sometimes can be complicated because it’s a really busy area. There are lots of restaurants close. They’re not the best but very convenient for being walking distance from the hotel.
Very nice, polite and very helpful staff. Hotel is brand new and the rooms has everything you need. It costs me about 80 euros with breakfast for two adults. Located in the heart of Argostoli. I recommend it!
Location: very central with good free parking options on the main road, you can walk easily in the city center Hotel atmosphere: nice and friendly everywhere you go Breakfast: During Corona, very organized and without long waiting time, you are given whatever you want to have from the buffett Rooms: Clean, nice interieur and modern - there is nothing I missed. The cleaning staff did a great job! Hotel employees: Friendly and always very service-oriented, you are given the feeling of being a member of the hotel "family" Overall: highly recommendable!

Customer Service was excellent! I can not remember their names ( two ladies ), but they were amazing and offered helpful insight on places to visit! The breakfast bar was bare minimum; giving this a 1 out of 5 stars. The rooms were very, very quaint. I had an issue with the bathroom door handle falling off resulting in the door not being able to close from inside the bathroom. This was addressed with the front staff, but no result was seen. ALSO, since the bathroom door could not close ... water from the shower would flood into our room. The central a/c was a joke. The room stayed hot/humid which was unbearable. Location of the hotel was perfect; shops and restaurants were directly in front/behind it making for easy access. The friendliness of the staff and location of the hotel saved the rating. I would not recommend this hotel for others and I will not be staying again.
Stayed here august 2018. The hotel is situated right on the main square of Argostoli, the main town. The rooms are luxurious, very comfortable king size bed and lovely linnen. I suggest rooms on higher floors and if its summer get a room with a balcony so that its easier to dry your swimmers. Reception hands out beach towels every morning which you return after your swim and get a new one next day. The staff were polite and did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic,our kids actually got out of bed early just for breakfast. The rooms were very clean, as was the whole hotel. We were a large group 4 families with our kids. And they made out holiday truely easy and memorable. I highly recommend staying here both for location and quality. Kefalonia is very beautiful island.
