Excellent service & very professional and polite staff. I took my Kenwood mixer there and they immediately found the right equipment that was damaged in order to replace it. Compared to other fraud companies , this company is ethical and they tell you exactly which is the problem. Other companies over charge for supposedly other damages which are not real of course. Excellent job guys and we will definitely visit you again in case our household appliances need any repair! Congratulations!!!
I visited Astra Service in order o have a De'Longhi coffee machine get cleaned and checked in general. When I received it back, there was a leak and the flow was not proper. I re-visited Astra Service and I got my coffee machine fixed free of charge as it was fully functional when I first delivered it. Despite the initial error, they got it fixed. I am satisfied by the outcome. The personnel is really polite and willing to listen to your problem.
After my second visit all personel was very friendly and willing. They served me fast and effectively. I left from there satisfied.
