Very welcoming staff! They have all information that you need. Location is bit busy in the evening, but we didn't mind. Very close to the city center, by metro or by foot. Don't expect too much from breakfast. Overall big recommendation!

Excellent studio suites. The location is slightly outside the main city centre but easily connected through metro. Metro station is just 3 mins walk. Staff is extremely nice and supportive and the apartment itself is big enough for three people.
Amazing stay and the hospitality was great. I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to stay in Athens. The guys at reception done a great job at recommending places.
Like many others I received a message two days before our planned arrival at the Apartment that our reservation (we booked an apartment for two nights) was cancelled due to a “malfunction of the plumbing system”. They wrote that they’ve found an other “nice stay” at an apartment that’s near by the hotel. So I clicked on the link to check out their suggested property and it was absolutely not comparable to our chosen property. The standard was really low, also there was no breakfast included. 47 luxury apartments also wrote us that as we can see the price of the other hotel is a bit higher but that they’re willing to pay the difference for us. Also they offered a voucher for another stay at their hotel. After I saw the suggested hotel I wrote them that I do not accept the other stay and that I want my money back and that I’m really unsatisfied with the whole situation. In the meantime I booked another hotel which looked really nice with breakfast included (Urban Nest - Suites & Apartments) which, in my opinion, is comparable with 47 Luxury Apartments but unfortunately it costs 45 more per night. After a while I got another message that they’re really sorry and how could they make me happy. So I told them that I booked the other hotel and that they can either just refund the money I payed for their room or they can refund it plus pay the difference for the new hotel. To my surprise they really refunded it and paid the difference. They were also very friendly while messaging and I have the feeling that they were really sorry for the whole situation. In the end the whole story turned out fine (despite the stress we had two days before our arrival) but they should REALLY reconsider overbooking their hotel. I’m rating them with 4 stars because they really made an effort to make us as comfortable as we can be in a situation like this.
The owner of our apartment is amazing and very accommodating, we feel right at home! Close to shops, food, and stores, and easy transit to central Athens and the airport! Very clean and stylish!

I booked an apartment for 1 night for 4 people via booking.com 4 months before traveling to Athens. As the travel was approaching, I contacted the accommodation asking about details. Silence. No response. Then I had a closer look at the reviews in Google, Tripadvisor and booking.com and saw many complaints about fraud and last minute changes of hotel on the spot. I didn't want to wait to this happening to us so I cancelled my booking and booked somewhere else. Obviously, I haven't received any refund since then, despite that they promised it (in order to show me that they are not fraud) when they finally reacted to my angry WhatsApp message.
BIGGEST FRAUD! WATCH OUT FOR THE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS! Please don't let this hotel ruin your vacation or trip to Greece. Run as far away from these guys as you possibly can. I had a wonderful time in Greece except for these fraudsters that did not honor my booking but instead tried to substitute a room in a completely different location than what I booked. On the day of arrival, they told us there was some kind of emergency and had to put us in another location... which happens to be the same story of all the other one star reviews here. The other negative reviews are spot on and it is a shame that I did not read the reviews thoroughly to avoid the horrible experience I had. Also, please see the all the \FAKE\ 5 star reviews that they are getting their buddies to post. All of those are from people who hardly post on various hotel listing sites but when they do post, they are giving 47 Luxury Suites and the Pinnacle hotel (their sister property) \5 stars\. Worst yet, they make multiple 5 star reviews per user on other sites. Trust me and the others on this forum and avoid this hotel like the plague, they will NOT honor their reservation with you. And how can you trust a hotel that falsifies their reviews with bogus postings. They just want to maintain the appearances of a \luxury\ hotel but please do not let their pictures fool you, you'll never see those rooms.
