Terrible store. Tricky people!! I ordered a Sony battery for my camcorder online. After 15 days they inform me the battery is not available yet. I told them to cancel the order. Two days later I receive a no name battery they have online for 12Eu . I paid 38 Eu for an original battery .They refused to give me the difference claiming the battery they sent me is as good as the original .Stay away!!
