The good things first: - The buses are well equipped with seats that can lean back, there is enough room even though I am a tall person, so far every bus I was in was clean and the air conditioning worked well. - The employees are always friendly and the bus driver has stopped for us more than once even though we were not right at a station. - The ticket prices are affordable, not great, but good. Now to the bad thing that is the reason I am only giving three stars: - The company policy is to give out half price tickets to students. That's great! But it is also company policy to only give out these discounts to Greek students - a clear violation of EU anti discrimination laws, and tbh, someone should sue them based on that. In every other country, students from all over the EU enjoy the same benefits. In Greece, I don't know why but they do it, they only give discounts to their own students. Clear violation of international law.
This company should close. They are so chaotic, they brag about their many touristic stops, but they deliver absolutely nothing. The toooo many touristic stops are mostly dead places they might as well take people to the Acropolis only and save the tourists the dreadful sights and experiences. We took the Riviera tour they never advised on which stop is best so we ended up stranded in a deserted place that was supposed to be something wow years back before the beach got contaminated due to an oil leakage and the resort went dead. We stayed two days in Athens so we bought the two day tour, the first day there was a demonstration in Athens so the bus never showed up and of course no one mentioned a refund the second day it did and I wish it didn't. I do not recommend ever recommend this company. Cheers
Bad place
Very good bus service to Sounion. Tickets are affordable, buses are usually quite new and comfortable. The trip usually takes 1 hour and a half.
It is a really populated place. Fairly busy and famous amongst most people in Athens. There are plenty of kiosks to grab a snack or buy some accessories or souvenirs. There are quite some places to eat as well. Highly recommended but beware of the people going about selling either stolen or cheap imitations of worldwide famous branded stuff such as wrist watches and sunglasses.
Driver did not stop to pick me up. With 4 cases. Even he saw me. He was running frenetically fast he could not stop in time. He went through the lights when ge stopped causing danger conditions. Left me stranded risking posing my train. Stop 5th ktel. July 1 2019 rrom marathonas to athens. Disgracefull service. Dont trust drivers will stop
This is a service left from the past due to the monopoly power and pressure of these guys. Old buses, insufficient planned schedules and insufficient no of buses, no seats available at the 90% of the cases unless you take the bus from the starting point, rude people. Totally sucks and should have been replaced by trains or state buses at the worst case 30 years ago as in the rest of the civilized world.
