They are a lovely family run business. They were quick and professional when dealing with my power cable powers. He figured out quickly that it was the power bank not the cable that was a problem. Two seconds later he had a replacement on hand. If any no-native archaeologists researchers or any students have a problem with their laptop, go to here. It is easy to get to.
