I will rate based on my experience. I expected to be overcrowded but it didn't and i just waited few minutes on the queue. The staff was polite.

Quick service for buying your Regional Bus tickets in town, thus avoiding a long trip to the Terminals.
Scam! Overbooked busses, not enough space for everyone. Might stand in the aisle or don’t even get on! Try to avoid this company.

Στην περίοδο του lockdown λόγω των μέτρων για τον κορωνοιό είναι κλειστά, το διαπιστώνεις όταν βρεθείς εκεί, όμως κανένας υπεύθυνος δεν βρέθηκε να αλλάξει την ενημέρωση που κάνει ο αυτόματος τηλεφωνητής ότι λειτουργεί καθημερινά 7:00 π.μ.–5:15 μ.μ για να μη ταλαιπωρείται άδικα ο κόσμος.
Το τηλέφωνο δεν ισχύει?
