As a foreigner and a professional Coming across the Atlantic Ocean, from Brazil till Greece, I was able to realize through private training in Bartenders.GR, what usually you don’t open your eyes for so easily.
The teacher, Achilleas Karaoulanis, will guide you from the beginning of the history of mixology, with a complete program of theory, techniques, recipes, practice and what’s new out there in the world of bartending.
Besides being the only school in Athens with mixology lessons in English, you also have the opportunity to do it in private, which I would recommend for those that wants to learn in a shorter time or for those who wants to have more support and attention throughout the lessons.
Additionally, for me, the difference about the school and also the teacher, is that the student will have truly insight information on how each cocktail were made originally, since he will be relating with an active instructor that has traveled the world.
Also, he will be facing a new world of creativity involving the paladar, the sense of smell, the tact, the sight and the hearing. You will learn that the slightest detail will matter in the world of bartending, and on the top of all, you will be doing this in the nicest environment of the school, where there is a full set of the best spirits, liquors, syrups, spices, herbs, equipments and all you need to begin your new profession or develop what you already know.
So, as a student of advanced level, I would definitely recommend Bartenders.GR International Bartending School, because for sure I can say I found a piece of my heart, soul and also a friend over there.
