Fantastic medical staff. Always busy because they are the best, that’s why you might have to wait sometimes. You can go somewhere else and see someone quickly but the medical service will not be as good or as professional as it is at Genesis.

Dr Pantos along with all of his team were absolutely FANTASTIC!! We travelled from Australia during Covid and our experience was nothing less than perfect. From the time we arrived until the time we left Dr Pantos and the nurses supported us greatly. My wife felt comfortable and supported through the whole process. We would have no problem recommending Genisis IVF for anyone who needs helps starting a family.
If I could of given tthem a negative number, I would of. I get there's always waiting involved at doctors appointments and clinics. But, Dr Pantos didn't even look at all the test results my Dr made me do. What a waste, I had to chase them to find out the next step. I even got abused for not knowing chemists were not open on Saturday's. I'm not from Greece, how would I know... The worse, on transfer day I was made to wait for six hours for the transfer to take place. No one came to say, hey we're running late, would you like a drink or a go out and get some food or fresh air... Nope, just let me sit in a small room busting to go toilet. It's disrespectful and rude. Go somewhere else. Save your cash and your sanity.
Unacceptable behavior with excuse ready
This clinic are cheaters, on the first IVF appointment they charged me 220 euros. I had not been informed by this price before my apt even though i had been in contact via email and phone; and when I complained they made me feel like I am mad. I have been to 8 clinics in Greece and the maximum I have been charge is 80-100 euros for a consultation. If Mr Pandos takes 220 euros, then he should inform his clients in advance as its a patients right in advance to know of such prices! They were lucky i could pay this but I do regret it, I should have walked out!!!! This clinic is a rip off PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!! They actually charge 140EU for first apt and then 80EU for a 1m scan!!!!! What was the worst was that instead of apologising of not having been informed in advance of these fees, the clinic kept insisting that it is because it is Mr Pandos who is so popular and famous .. I said I don't care what you charge but patients should be informed BEFORE so they can make an informed decision on whether they can afford it or not! I had even been in contact with them in advance for a Skype appointment from abroad. As I happened to be in Greece I decided to go visit them instead of the Skype apt, thats when they told me they would have charged 220 euros for the Skype appointment to !!!! I honestly thought this place was A JOKE!!!! STAY CLEAR !!!!!!
I did my training here, great support, clean and hightech on top level, valuable human resources and experienced scientific team..i would greatly recommend Genesis clinic
Groundbreaking Technic, very simple, the same Mr. Dr. pantos attended my questions, clinic very clean and fast service, very high technology machines, and precise procedure
It has only been through the efforts of Dr Pantos and the team at Genesis that our dream of becoming a family has been fulfilled. To anyone out there who has been going through the anguish of trying to conceive. My wife and I thoroughly recommend making contact with the team at Genesis .
