First time i accepted the services of Stelios but certainly not the last ! He observed, communicate, understood the main sources of my pain and focused on these. His techniques really helped me release tension and stiffness from my body and mind. I also noticed that the next day i felt more light and the second day after the massage even more light and my body felt more alive. The effects were unraveling with time ! I am really grateful for the combination of his character and services and i totally recommend him !

Stelios has a very intuitive style of massage where he connects with what your body truly needs and uses he's skills and experience in various massage styles to bring you to a state of utter relaxation. . I came away feeling energised and aligned. Highly recommended.
I very much enjoyed the attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the body and stretching or massaging based on what’s needed, and in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. In comparison to a massage from a place like massage envy, my experience here felt way more therapeutic and would provide lasting results for the next few days.
Really enjoyed the massages by Stelios, it was more than a regular physical massage - he is working with energy anf you can feel the difference. Felt really relaxed and calm. So good that I went a second time during my time in Chania. He makes sure that you‘ll get a massage that your physical and emotional body need at that moment - he has got a wide spectrum of methods. Great place to have a massage. Most of the practitioners from our yoga shala (both local and those that are visiting from abroad) enjoy to receive a massage in that studio as it is found very beneficial for the body and mind to relax and get healed.
