This is the hub of all bus networks from Chania in all directions.Bus departures are well indicated on screens in English and Greek.Women at information desk very knowledgeable and helpful,as are the ticket sellers.The bus station restaurant is excellent with cheerful and obliging staff.My wife loves eating there !!

You wanna get somewhere? They'll take you. That's as far as it goes. Don't expect any extra smile, service or help. The busses are usually clean and comfortable. They get to their destination on time. Be careful as they might leave early. My main issue is that drivers have the tendency to speed unnecessarily and talk on the phone while driving which is ridiculous. Bathrooms aren't available and you can't eat or drink in the bus. The stations bathrooms are ok off season, but I'd opt out of using them during tourist season if I were you. Know where you're going and you'll be fine.

A very mixed experienced. Some things were troubling. In Heraklion bus station, you can't buy tickets departing from another location while it's the same company. Most of the agents do not speak english and being understood is a nightmare. Then, the online website is bugging (there are routes unshown on internet while they are operating ...). In Rethymnon, bus didn't show the destination in the forefront with a single sheet...which would have been helpful: you have to guess which one is right...While most of the agents were nice though, the behaviour of a chanian bus driver was astonishing: I politely asked informations and we was responding by nodding, avoiding eyes contact.. I think there are many improvements to perform.

- easy to buy tickets at the office - shop to buy snacks - bus arrived late however the driver was very skilled, navigating those sharp turns to Samaria Gorge. - driver was friendly - would recommend you check bus timetables online as they differ depending on season

Reliable service, our bus to sougia was on time and all the staff helpful. They also offer lockers for your luggage (3/24h) which is perfect for a short transit

This bus station has buses that take all over crete directly or indirectly. It has a cafe with seats inside or out with a public toilet.

Good drivers and nice bus but staff from Chania (in opossite to Rethimno) was not too helpful. One of passagners want to get to Athens - he received answer ot here\ and they skipped him. Very unpleasant especially there was not much people at check out
