Excellent pilates, yoga and personal training studio with the latest equipment and fully qualified personnel. Place is always clean and tidy and has an amazing sea view. Highly recommended!

Best Fitness studio in town. Yoga and Pilates oriented. You can also have TRX sessions, weight lifting or cardio sessions. Panagiotis, the owner, is always there to suggest new ways to learn your body and discover new paths towards a good balanced life.
