Very organized cruise terminal with public bus line direct to the city of Chania 3.40 for roundtrip. They have buses that come and go every 10 to 15 minutes. It was a very simple and easy process to get on and off the board of the cruise.

Well-organized Cruise terminal with the direct public bus line to Chania City 1,70 Euro (Sept. 2019) one way. They run every 10-15 minutes. Alternative you can use a Taxi for 10 Euro.
Nice easy and well organized exit. Handy having the bus stop right outside too. Very reasonable price for return ticket.
We were with MSC cruises and this is the first cruise line I have had to get my luggage from the transfer bus and carry it all the way through the cruise terminal. There was nobody there to help us. It was very hard for me as my mother was on a disability scooter so I had to make sure she was safely in first. When we left one of the ships crew came to help me with the luggage which was very kind
Simple, there is a bus service which take you to downtown, it is about 4 euros round trip.
Quaint and welcoming cruise terminal. Easy on/off of the ship
Seamless service from P and O Cruises
Nice clean terminal with free Wi Fi but no shops. A great bus service to Chania town centre 3.40 return running about every 5 mins each way.
