Didn't buy anything, so can't comment on the service or after care etc. However the jewellery is very beautiful and obviously some is completely unique, as with any jewellery store there is no way to gauge value for money as technically you are buying minerals and art, and that can only be valued by the individual.
I went to change something and the staff was unwilling to help me look for something else. I fixed my watch battery as well and the price was ridiculously high. Nice things to buy but not a pleasant visit for me.
