The power of nature. Still alive
This place is just beautiful. The smells from all the trees and plants will make your visit memorable. An open space, well shaded area with plenty of tables for food and drinks near the entrance is perfect space for families or a group to relax and have a break. Only 15 min drive from central Athens. My advice.... go there early in the morning.
The place is quite big with a big variety of plants and trees. There are also coffee shops, restaurants and playgrounds for the kids.
Very good place for family and picnics. Great flowers and rare plants.
Nice place! I'd say that plants require a bit more care. However, an entrance is free, so it is clearly due to the lack of financing. I recommend to visit for sure
A bit far from the city but worth a trip. The park is very well taken care off, including the cafe area and toilets.
Nice place outside the center of Athens full of trees, shade, well taken care of with a descend Cafe inside. No bikes or dogs allowed for legit reasons that have to do with the natural preservation of the ecosystem. There are also certain places where picnics are allowed. Great for family visits.
