All went fine with this car rental. Smooth ans easy rental I took from Heraklion airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The car worked well. I will recommend it and use it again.

I rented a car through rentalcars.com for 18 days for my vacation in Crete. When I arrived at the airport of Heraklion, I found drive company at a short distance from the arrivals. The process of receiving the car did not take more than 15 minutes. I chose the simple insurance package with the deposit of 600 . I was given a Citroen c3 that was almost new, except for two or three minor damages, it had nothing else. The employee of the company helped me to finish the process quickly ,we checked the vehicle and to noted the existing damages. During my vacation and although I did not drive many kilometers ,on my return, a new scratch was found on the rear bumper. I wondered how it happened as I had not used the car a lot during my vacation. The employee of the company explained in detail the cost of the damage which was 185 as the minimum charge and 62 for admin fees. After my complaint he sent a photo to the person in charge , who allowed me to be charged only the costs of the administration fees as I didn’t buy any insurance and I would have to pay the entire amount. I sincerely thank you for the service and help of the employee at the airport as he helped me with great interest. Next time I will choose Drive company and I will definitely buy the insurance package they offer even if I don’t use the car a lot. They were absolutely right by buying the extra insurance package your holidays are guaranteed to be stress free. Keep up the great work!

By posting this comment I would like to thank Drive company specifically the branch in Heraklion Crete . During the delivery of our car,a Citroen c3 in September 2020 ,the representative of the company fully informed us about the insurance policy and the process of the advance payment of the deposit . As you will see in the photos unfortunately we had an accident on the highway on our way to Chania when a truck hit us from behind causing us to crash into the side of the road resulting in a huge damage to the car. Despite the presence of the police and the insurance company, the driver of the truck insisted that it was our fault as we had not indicated in time about the intention for turning . The company despite the non-acceptance of the damage by the driver of the truck asked us to pay the amount of our excess amount ie 600 for the damage that in total will exceed 6000 as we were later informed. I want to thank you for your integrity and professionalism as during the accident you helped us with the whole procedure with the paperwork and dealing with the police and insurance company .I would like make it clear to all those who complain about the small damages that in our case the company was very reassuring and complied with the terms and we were only charged for the amount of 600 . We will definitely rent from you on the future .

Great rental company . We rented a car from the station at Heraklion Airport . We were offered the option of an upgrade to a new Audi A3 with a small difference . Of course we enjoyed exploring the island . We arrived late at night ,after checking the car which only took as about 15 minutes we were ready to go. Very polite personnel and simple procedure . Thank you Drive will definitely choose your services again .

Great service. Would highly recommend. Pick up was timely, the office was close to the airport and I drove away within 20mins of arriving at the office.

The procedure is very fast and straight forward the representative explained everything to us in depth and we bought the insurance just in case we damaged the rental car. Luckily, when we caused a bump to the car we didn’t have any problems due to the fact that we had bought the insurance for the car .At the drop off we had no problems!

I contacted my lawyer in Crest after I made a complaint. This so called company is an organized scam and literally stole me 440. I won't say more because my lawyer told me not to. For now you absolutely must avoid this scam. I will edit this post when I get news from my lawyers and eventually a deal with the thieves.

The procedure is very fast and simple the employee explained everything to us in detail and we bought the insurance in fear of doing any sort of damage. We unfortunately had damaged the car, but we didn’t have any problems due to the fact that we had bought the insurance for the car.
