Doesn't pick up the phone, I had to drive there to find out the item I was looking for was not available even though they state it is. They casually said to me they can order it and that was it. The place is a mess. It resembles of a storage unit more than a shop. Items laid around literally everywhere. Good parking. Good location (many shops near the place) but I wouldn't visit again.

They have a wide variety of products that makes it easy to find them & organize your trip.. BUT... A general advice for all of you from my experience in this shop at Egaleo. Please be careful for the price tag in the shop, your receipt after your shopping and MOST IMPORTANTLY the price on their website!! Enjoy your shopping :)

Αγοράσαμε ένα θερμός για αποκλειστική χρήση ζεστού νερού για το νεογέννητο μωρό μας. Η διάρκεια ζωής του ήταν μόνο δυο μήνες. όταν επικοινωνήσαμε με το κατάστημα και τους πήγαμε το προιόν για έλεγχο δεν έδειξαν κανένα ενδιαφέρον για να μας αντικαταστήσουν το προιόν καθώς δεν το βρήκαν ελλατωματικό. Για τον λόγο αυτό τους ζητήσαμε να συγκρίνουν τον χρόνο που διατηρεί ζεστό το νερό ένα καινούργιο θερμός σε σχέση με το δικό μας. Φυσικά δεν το έκαναν καθώς θα έβλεπαν ότι είχαμε δίκιο και θα έπρεπε να μας αντικαταστήσουν το προιόν. Οι aftersale υπηρεσίες ήταν ανύπαρκτες καθώς ενδιαφέρονται να εισπράξουν μόνο τα λεφτά.
