Great competence! Good services and friendly workers.
Went in, needed three ferry tickets. Went out 5 min later, with three ferry tickets and loads of advice. I was not charged any service fee. The lady advised me on booking the cheapest class where possible „because outside high-season, you can always upgrade on the ship if you need to“. Where several ferries were possible, I was always advised on the best price/duration/reliability option. Would always go here again. Big plus: you can store your luggage if you have a couple of hours before departure.
While we failed to book our trip with Filippis Tours we arranged to store our luggage with them for the day. The lady was so kind and helpful I was despondent to have booked with another. Next time.
