The Chania office is the worst courier service in the world. They never pick up the phone. Stay away from them, use ELTA Courier (or even ACS). If the system allowed me, I would give them \minus infinity\.

Amazing system extremely fast service with a big storage as it should be. My package was in perfect condition if anyone is wondering.
The worst currier evet. They call and they let it ring two times so you do not have time to pick up the phone
THE WORST. They had our package for a week, we've been trying to contact them, they NEVER EVER pick up the phone, it's impossible to reach them!!!! UPS works with them unfortunately, for whatever reason....

Received next day after order many parcels.
I would never imagine that such an awful business will survive! Never pick up the phone, send back my parcel and said that I didn’t answer which is a liar! And of course didn’t even try to delivery... WORST SERVICE EVER!
