Excellent knowledge of the real estate market. Giakoumakis family is trust worthy and I have always got a real assessment of properties I was interested in! Very helpful with processes/licenses since I am in dubai and it's hard to travel back and forth for Greek bureaucratic issues. I will definitely work with Giakoumakis Real estate for my next purchase in Crete as well.
Emailed about property I wanted to purchase with vaque reponse from Stephanie K..emailed again with no response .Then I called from California and guess who answered Stephanie.I started to ask questions about property I was interested in and she said she was busy and hot because it was 40c.Stephanie get a new job with air conditioning.Horrible service would not recommend anyone looking for a place in Crete.
